- pudding \- it's amazing the difference the orange makes.

- .IG "2 Tbsp" "sugar" "30 ml"

- Grate the apple (including the skin, but not the core) and the skin of
- the orange into an ovenproof dish.
- Mix in the juice of the orange and half the sugar.

- Melt the margarine in a saucepan over a low heat and mix in the oats
- and the rest of the sugar. Stir until thoroughly coated.
- Spread over the top of the apple mixture.

- Stand for one hour before cooking for 20\-30 minutes at

- Try it with different toppings \- crumble or cornflakes for example.
